Part I — Who We Are and What This Page Covers

1. The Strata-affiliated entities

For purposes of this page:

  • Strata Sports Group, LLC provides athlete-agency and athlete-representation services. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.
  • Strata Sports Law, PLLC provides non-immigration legal services.
  • Strata Immigration Law is a DBA of Manning Immigration, PLLC and provides immigration legal services.
  • These entities are affiliated through common ownership and are referred to collectively in this page as “Strata,” “we,” “us,” or “our” when the context concerns shared website operations, intake routing, marketing, or administration.

The entity that actually provides a professional service will be identified in the applicable written engagement or representation agreement. Separate service relationships, fees, duties, and agreements apply.

2. The Website

“Website” means stratasportsgroup.com, its pages and subdomains, and any related online form, landing page, or web experience operated for Strata.

This combined page contains:

  1. Website Terms of Use;
  2. Privacy Notice;
  3. Cookie and Tracking Notice;
  4. Communications Terms;
  5. Minor-Athlete and Parent/Guardian Terms; and
  6. Legal and Attorney-Advertising Notices.

By using the Website, you acknowledge this page. If you do not agree with the applicable Terms of Use, do not use the Website or submit information through it.

Part II — Website Terms of Use

3. General informational purpose

The Website provides general information about athlete representation, NIL and college-athlete compensation, transfer strategy, sports-law services, and immigration services for international athletes.

Website content is not a substitute for individualized agency, legal, immigration, tax, financial, compliance, academic, medical, or other professional advice. Rules, policies, laws, agreements, and market conditions can change, and their application depends on specific facts.

4. No automatic professional relationship

Using the Website, sending an email, completing a form, or communicating with Strata does not by itself create:

  • an agent-client relationship;
  • an attorney-client relationship;
  • a fiduciary relationship;
  • a promise to accept or evaluate a matter; or
  • an obligation to protect a deadline or take action.

A professional relationship begins only if the appropriate entity accepts the matter and the parties sign the required written agreement.

Until then:

  • do not assume that Strata represents you;
  • do not rely on Strata to protect any deadline;
  • do not send confidential, privileged, medical, immigration-document, financial-account, or other highly sensitive information; and
  • take any steps independently necessary to protect your rights and options.

5. Conflicts, fit, and intake routing

Strata may review information submitted through the Website to determine:

  • which affiliated entity, if any, is the appropriate destination;
  • whether a matter appears to fit the services offered;
  • whether a conflict or other restriction may prevent representation;
  • whether more information is needed; and
  • whether a deadline or urgency is identified.

You authorize the Strata-affiliated entities and their personnel or service providers to share the limited information reasonably necessary for intake routing, conflict screening, quality control, security, and follow-up.

Submission does not guarantee a response, consultation, offer of representation, or acceptance of the matter.

6. No guaranteed results

Strata does not guarantee:

  • any NIL, revenue-share, school-compensation, brand, or other payment;
  • any offer, transfer opportunity, roster role, playing time, scholarship, or admission outcome;
  • any eligibility determination;
  • any investigation, discipline, litigation, or contractual outcome;
  • any visa, status, work-authorization, travel, or immigration outcome; or
  • any other result.

Any scenarios, contracts, offers, route graphics, decision matrices, compensation packages, or athlete stories shown on the Website are representative illustrations unless expressly identified otherwise. They are not promises, predictions, or actual client matters.

7. Scope limitations

Strata Sports Group’s agency practice is focused primarily on high-school and collegiate athletes, especially college football players. The Website does not offer or solicit NFL Draft representation, professional-sports representation, or representation of professional athletes.

The availability of a service depends on applicable law, professional rules, registrations, conflicts, capacity, subject-matter fit, and a separate written agreement.

8. Accurate information

If you submit information through the Website, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not to impersonate another person or submit information without appropriate authority.

A parent or guardian submitting information about a minor athlete must have authority to do so. An athlete under 18 who submits an inquiry must provide the requested parent or guardian information and certify that the parent or guardian has authorized the inquiry.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Website to:

  • violate law or another person’s rights;
  • submit information you are not authorized to provide;
  • transmit malware, harmful code, or automated attacks;
  • interfere with Website operation or security;
  • scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Website content except as permitted by law;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Strata;
  • test or probe security without written permission;
  • use automated systems to generate excessive requests; or
  • submit threatening, abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful content.

We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, affiliated entities, or others.

10. Intellectual property

The Website’s original text, design, code, logos, trade names, graphics, videos, animations, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to the applicable Strata entity and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may view and print reasonable portions for personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or exploit Website content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party names, marks, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to a school, conference, governing body, brand, or platform does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

11. Third-party websites and platforms

The Website may link to social-media platforms, HubSpot, scheduling platforms, video hosts, map services, or other third-party resources. Those services are controlled by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Strata is not responsible for third-party content, security, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement unless expressly stated.

12. Website availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any Website feature or content at any time. We do not promise that the Website will always be available, error-free, current, secure, or compatible with every device.

We may update these Terms and Notices by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date of a revision constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

Nothing in this section limits a duty or warranty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or any duty arising under a separately signed professional-services agreement.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE STRATA-AFFILIATED ENTITIES AND THEIR OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE, INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE, RELIANCE ON GENERAL WEBSITE INFORMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY LINKS.

This limitation applies only to Website use and these Terms. It does not alter liabilities or remedies governed by a separately signed agency or legal-services agreement or by law that cannot be waived.

15. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Strata-affiliated entities and their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or information you submitted without authority.

This section does not require indemnification for conduct that cannot lawfully be shifted to you.

16. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply.

17. Informal resolution and arbitration

Before starting a formal dispute concerning Website use or these Terms, the complaining party should send a written description to info@stratasportsgroup.com and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution.

Except where prohibited by law or governed by a separate signed agreement, a dispute arising solely from Website use or these Terms that is not resolved informally will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under the rules applicable to the dispute. The arbitration will take place in Dallas County, Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different location or procedure.

This Website arbitration provision does not supersede:

  • a dispute-resolution provision in a later agency, legal-services, or other signed agreement;
  • a person’s ability to seek relief in small-claims court when eligible;
  • a person’s ability to submit a complaint to a government regulator or professional disciplinary authority; or
  • rights or procedures that cannot lawfully be waived.

Attorney-review item: Confirm final AAA rule set, venue language, consumer-arbitration requirements, and whether any class-action language is desired before publication.

18. Severability and no waiver

If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

19. Separate agreements control

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed agency, legal-services, or other professional agreement, the signed agreement controls with respect to that service relationship and matter.

Part III — Privacy Notice

20. Scope of this Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice explains how the Strata-affiliated entities collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information through the Website, forms, email, telephone, text, social-media interactions, and related intake or marketing activity.

It does not replace a privacy notice contained in a later professional-services agreement or a third-party platform’s own privacy notice.

21. Categories of information we may collect

21.1 Information you provide

Depending on the form or communication, we may collect:

  • name;
  • email address;
  • mobile or other telephone number;
  • mailing address;
  • whether the person contacting us is an athlete or parent/guardian;
  • age or under-18 status;
  • parent or guardian name and contact information;
  • school, sport, position or event, graduation year, and eligibility information;
  • the type of help requested;
  • a description of an opportunity, agreement, dispute, investigation, immigration question, or other matter;
  • a relevant deadline or date;
  • communications preferences and marketing consent;
  • correspondence, notes, and follow-up information; and
  • other information you voluntarily provide.

The initial Website form is not intended for document uploads, payment data, account credentials, medical records, passport or immigration-document numbers, Social Security numbers, bank details, or other highly sensitive information.

21.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Website, we or our providers may collect:

  • IP address;
  • device and browser information;
  • operating system;
  • pages viewed;
  • referring and exit pages;
  • approximate location derived from IP address;
  • session date, time, and duration;
  • clicks, form interactions, and conversion events;
  • cookie and consent choices; and
  • technical or security logs.

21.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information from:

  • HubSpot and other customer-relationship or form providers;
  • analytics and consent-management providers;
  • email and communication providers;
  • social-media platforms when you interact with Strata there;
  • a parent, guardian, athlete, advisor, or other person who contacts us;
  • publicly available sources when reasonably necessary to evaluate an inquiry; and
  • affiliated entities for intake routing, conflicts, service delivery, administration, or compliance.

We do not promise to search for or supplement information about every person who contacts us.

22. How we use information

We may use personal information to:

  • receive, route, and respond to inquiries;
  • identify the appropriate affiliated entity or service lane;
  • conduct conflict, eligibility, fit, registration, or capacity review;
  • communicate about an inquiry or professional relationship;
  • provide agreed agency or legal services after a written engagement is formed;
  • maintain records and administer operations;
  • protect security, prevent fraud, and diagnose technical problems;
  • analyze Website performance and improve content and user experience;
  • comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, professional duties, and regulatory requirements;
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • send educational or promotional communications when permitted and, where required, with consent;
  • honor privacy and communication choices; and
  • evaluate or complete a merger, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer involving all or part of a business, subject to applicable duties.

23. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information to:

  • the Strata-affiliated entities for intake routing, conflicts, administration, and service delivery;
  • attorneys, agents, employees, and contractors who need the information for authorized work;
  • HubSpot or another CRM/form provider;
  • cloud hosting, security, analytics, consent-management, email, telephone, and technical providers;
  • professional advisors such as accountants, insurers, consultants, and outside counsel;
  • government authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required or reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, or address fraud or security incidents;
  • a successor or transaction participant in connection with a proposed or completed business transaction; and
  • another party at your direction or with your consent.

Service providers are expected to use information for authorized purposes and subject to applicable contractual or legal protections.

24. Selling, sharing, and targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information for money.

At launch, the Website is not intended to use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or personalized advertising. Analytics and CRM tools must be configured consistently with that intent, and nonessential tracking must remain subject to the cookie-consent system.

If practices later change in a way that constitutes a “sale,” “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a comparable regulated activity under applicable law, we will update this Notice and provide any required opt-out mechanism, including recognition of browser-based preference signals when required.

25. Cookies, analytics, and consent

The Website may use:

  • essential cookies or storage needed for security, forms, load balancing, and consent preferences;
  • analytics technologies such as Google Analytics 4, activated or limited according to the user’s consent where required;
  • HubSpot technologies supporting forms, CRM attribution, and inquiry routing; and
  • preference technologies that remember choices.

The Website should block nonessential analytics or marketing tags until the visitor provides the required consent. A visitor may adjust choices through the cookie-preference control.

Browser settings may also allow cookies to be limited or deleted. Blocking essential technologies may affect Website functionality.

26. Google Analytics and Search Console

The Website may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate Website use and Google Search Console to monitor search visibility and technical performance. Analytics configuration should minimize unnecessary data collection, disable advertising features unless separately approved, and respect the consent state implemented on the Website.

Google controls its own services and processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

27. HubSpot

The Website is expected to use a dedicated Strata HubSpot portal for forms, lead routing, email notifications, source attribution, and customer-relationship management.

Information entered into a form may be transmitted to and stored in HubSpot. HubSpot may also receive technical or interaction information depending on the final configuration and consent settings. HubSpot’s services are governed by its own terms and privacy materials in addition to Strata’s instructions and agreements with it.

28. Communications

28.1 Inquiry communications

When you submit an inquiry and provide the required consent, Strata and its affiliated entities may contact you by email, telephone, or one-to-one text message about that inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

You can ask us to stop nonessential inquiry texts, but doing so may limit how we can follow up by that channel. Transactional or legally required communications may still be sent where permitted.

28.2 Marketing communications

Promotional email or text marketing requires the applicable consent. The Website form must keep optional marketing consent separate from consent to receive communications about a specific inquiry.

You may unsubscribe from marketing email through the message’s unsubscribe link or by contacting info@stratasportsgroup.com.

No public Calendly booking is offered at launch. If scheduling is later enabled, the applicable scheduling platform will receive the information needed to arrange the meeting.

29. Minor athletes and parental authorization

The Website is designed for adult visitors and older teen athletes involved in high-school or college athletics. It is not directed to children under 13.

29.1 Children under 13

A child under 13 may not submit personal information through the Website. If we learn that personal information was submitted online by a child under 13 without legally sufficient parental authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it, subject to legal retention obligations.

A parent or guardian who believes information concerning a child under 13 was submitted should contact info@stratasportsgroup.com.

29.2 Athletes ages 13 through 17

An athlete under 18 who submits an inquiry must:

  • indicate that the athlete is under 18;
  • provide the parent or legal guardian information requested; and
  • certify that the parent or legal guardian has authorized the inquiry and submission.

A parent or guardian may submit the inquiry directly. We may contact the parent or guardian to verify authorization before continuing.

No agency or legal representation of a minor begins without the agreements and consents required for that service.

30. Sensitive information

Do not submit highly sensitive information through the initial Website form. If a matter is accepted and sensitive documents are needed, the appropriate entity will provide instructions for a more suitable transmission method.

If you voluntarily submit sensitive information, we may use it only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or handle the inquiry, protect rights, comply with law, or provide an agreed service, subject to applicable duties.

31. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Notice, including inquiry review, communications, professional obligations, conflict records, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.

Retention periods may differ by record type, entity, legal duty, and whether a professional relationship is formed. We may retain limited information where necessary to document a declined inquiry, preserve conflict information, or comply with law and professional obligations.

32. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services involved. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

If a security incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law. We do not make a fixed notification-time promise beyond what applicable law requires.

33. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information;
  • access or obtain a copy of certain personal information;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • request deletion;
  • obtain portable data;
  • opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
  • limit or withdraw consent for certain processing;
  • appeal a denied request where applicable; and
  • exercise rights without unlawful discrimination.

These rights are subject to legal definitions, exemptions, verification, professional duties, and retention requirements. Some laws may not apply to a particular entity or processing activity.

33.1 How to submit a request

Email:

info@stratasportsgroup.com

Subject line:

Privacy Request

Include enough information for us to understand the request and reasonably verify identity. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate method.

An authorized agent may submit a request where allowed by law, but we may require proof of authority and verification from the individual. A parent or guardian may submit a request concerning a minor’s information where authorized.

33.2 Appeals

If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a privacy-request decision, reply to the decision or email info@stratasportsgroup.com with the subject line Privacy Appeal and explain the basis for the appeal.

33.3 Global Privacy Control

Where required by applicable law and relevant to our practices, the Website will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control or comparable legally required browser signal as an opt-out request.

34. International visitors

The Website is operated from the United States and is directed primarily to athletes and families seeking services connected to U.S. college athletics or U.S. immigration. Information may be processed and stored in the United States and other locations where service providers operate.

Visitors outside the United States may have additional rights under applicable law. Contact us to submit a request.

35. Data concerning professional services

Once a professional relationship is formed, information may also be governed by:

  • the written agency or legal-services agreement;
  • attorney professional-responsibility rules;
  • confidentiality or privilege rules;
  • immigration or other legal requirements;
  • insurer, court, or regulatory obligations; and
  • the privacy practices of the specific entity providing the service.

Nothing in this Website Notice reduces duties that apply under law or a signed agreement.

36. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in law, services, vendors, or practices. The current version will be posted with its effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.

Part IV — Legal and Attorney-Advertising Notices

37. Entity and service disclosure

Strata Sports Group, LLC provides athlete-agency services. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal services.

Non-immigration legal services are provided through Strata Sports Law, PLLC.

Immigration legal services are provided through Strata Immigration Law, a DBA of Manning Immigration, PLLC.

The entities are affiliated through common ownership, but each service relationship is separate. Legal services require acceptance of the matter and a separate written legal-services agreement. Agency services require a separate athlete-representation agreement.

38. Attorney Advertising

Some Website content may constitute attorney advertising. Prior results, experience, representative examples, or descriptions of services do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Attorneys handling a matter will be licensed or otherwise authorized to provide the relevant service. The Website does not state or imply certification as a specialist unless expressly and lawfully identified.

39. No legal advice

Legal and immigration information on the Website is general. It does not account for every jurisdiction, policy, agreement, deadline, or individual circumstance and should not be relied on as legal advice.

40. No confidential relationship before engagement

Do not send confidential or privileged information before the appropriate law firm confirms that it can consider the matter and provides instructions. Information sent before engagement may be used to evaluate fit, conflicts, urgency, and routing, but submission alone does not create confidentiality or privilege beyond duties imposed by law.

41. Deadlines

Legal, eligibility, contractual, transfer, investigation, disciplinary, and immigration matters can involve short deadlines. Website submission does not stop or extend a deadline. Unless a law firm has accepted the matter in writing, you remain responsible for protecting any deadline.

42. Jurisdiction and availability

Services may not be available in every jurisdiction or matter. Acceptance depends on applicable law, professional authority, registration, conflicts, capacity, and subject-matter fit.

43. No affiliation with schools or governing bodies

Unless expressly stated, Strata is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any school, conference, athletic association, collective, league, brand, or governing body referenced or depicted on the Website.
